A board-certified family nurse practitioner licensed in seven states, Amanda draws on over a decade of nursing experience when helping Bespoke Rx patients reach their beauty and wellness goals.
A South Tampa native and University of Tampa graduate, Amanda received her master’s degree at Saint Joseph’s College of Maine. Her nursing career began over ten years ago caring for patients in the Trauma ICU at Tampa General Hospital. She then worked in Interventional Radiology at Moffitt Cancer Center, before spending time as a traveling nurse with Baycare, University of California San Diego and Stanford University Medical Center.
These days, Amanda has shifted her focus from saving lives to improving patients’ quality of life through personalized aesthetic treatments at Bespoke Rx.
She specialized in aesthetic medicine and weight loss before opening her private practice. When asked why she started Bespoke Rx, Amanda explains it is because she wanted to make a difference in patients’ lives by focusing on building relationships, providing personalized treatments and creating natural-looking results. Her years of working as a nurse practitioner have taught her about the importance of gaining patient trust and treating everyone as individuals, a philosophy she now brings to Bespoke Rx.
“There are many reasons why I love what I do, but one is helping beautiful souls feel more confident in their own skin,” Amanda says. “We all have insecurities. We are our own worst critics. We deserve more grace than we often provide ourselves. My job is not to point out imperfections but to offer treatments that can help you with your skin concerns. You deserve to feel beautiful.”
To make sure her clients are getting the very best of current trends, Amanda attends yearly conferences and trainings. She is an active member of several nursing organizations, including the Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing, ISPAN (International Society of Plastic and Aesthetic Nurses), the American Association of Nurse Practitioners, the Tampa Bay Advanced Practice Nurses Council and the Dermatology Nurses’ Association. She is also a member of the American Med Spa Association.
Natasha is a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She is fluent in English, Spanish & Portuguese. Natasha graduated from University of Tampa with her Bachelor of Science in Nursing, and South University with her Masters of Science in Nursing. Prior to becoming a nurse practitioner, Natasha worked at Tampa General Hospital for 10 years in Intensive Care and Post Anesthesia Care.
Natasha has 6 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner and has specialized in functional and aesthetic medicine. In her spare time, she loves traveling, boating, spending time with her family/friends and is an avid lover of books.
Ashley is a board-certified Physician Assistant born and raised in Tampa, Florida. She has a Bachelor’s degree from Florida State University in Exercise Science and a Masters degree in Physician Assistant Studies from South University.
She started her career at Morton Plant working in neurosurgery and most recently in interventional radiology at Tampa General Hospital. However, Ashley has always had a passion for aesthetic medicine and when a position at Bespoke Rx opened up she jumped at the opportunity.
Ashley has a strong eye for detail and is certified in multiple injectables and laser devices. She uses a combination of medical procedures, skin care, and education to help patients achieve their skin care goals.
In her free time, Ashley enjoys boating with her husband and son, long distance running, and traveling.
Aseel is our licensed Medical aesthetician, she earned her Skincare Specialist license from Beauty and Health Institute. As an aesthetician Aseel is very passionate about furthering her education and is always attending trainings to provide the best treatment plan for her clients. Her favorite part about being an aesthetician is educating her clients on how to achieve healthy, glowing skin. Aseel’s goal is to have her clients feeling confident in their skin, while achieving their skincare goals through treatments and appropriate skincare.
Dr. Luria is a Board Certified Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon who has been in private practice in Tampa, Florida for the past 22 years. A graduate of Hobart College in Geneva N.Y. he received his M.D. degree from Far Eastern University. He completed his general surgery and plastic surgery residency training at Buffalo General Hospital, and Surgical Oncology of Breast at Roswell Park Memorial Institute.
Dr. Luria was involved in primary cancer research at Roswell Park, Mt. Sinai Hospital NY, and at the University of South Florida's Department of Surgery. He has been on the faculty of both Upstate Medical Center and University of South Florida's Department of Surgery, teaching both medical students and residents. He has also been a speaker in the Department of Social Services and School of Public Health at USF. Dr. Luria has authored several chapters in medical textbooks and has authored over 15 peer reviewed articles in medical journals, and was the editor of the Hillsborough County Medical Society's Monthly Journal and an editor and contributor for the Journal of Florida Medical Association. He was the President of the Florida Society of Plastic Surgery and has been the President of the Board of Health Care Risk Management. He serves on several other boards including the Life Center of Tampa.
His work with Fred Runnels of Beta Labs and Walter Dandliker, the past chairman of the Department of Biochemistry at Scripps Clinic Laboratories, has lead to the creation of a new family of unique silicones designed for medical, cosmetic, industrial, as well as the contraction industry. He is still involved in lecturing at regional and international meetings. Dr. Luria has also continued to be a leader within his state and national specialty societies.
